About Kaplan Commercial Properties

Rick Kaplan, owner of Kaplan Commercial Properties, has over 10 years experience in the professional real estate/brokerage industry, specializing in the 495/MetroWest territory. For the past 5 years, he has served on the Industrial Development Committee for the Town of Medway, and he is a member of the United Chamber of Commerce in Franklin, the Milford Area Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking International (BNI).

After earning an accounting degree from University of Massachusetts' School of Management, Rick first began working at KPMG Peat Marwick Accounting Firm. Soon thereafter, he started his career in real estate investment, development and brokerage. Rick currently owns over 100,000 SF of commercial space, as well as a number of residential condominiums.

Rick worked as a commercial real estate broker for 6 years in eastern Massachusetts before launching his own commercial real estate company in 2006.
